Engineer (Project Management) - Contract

Managing HDB building projects from construction commencement through to completion. Your main responsibilities include ensuring quality, cost, safety and timely delivery of the project. At the same time, you need to be involved upstream at the design tender stage to ensure considerations at construction stage are addressed.

• Works are carried out by the contractor in accordance with the Contract Documents
• Works are supervised to ensure the quality of works are of an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Site safety requirements are adhered to
• Works are completed within the period stipulated and the budget allocated
• Resolve technical and design issues with the consultants and contractors
• Coordinate with other agencies on any development issues
• Identify potential construction related issues for solutions
