As a Manager within Network Engineering, this role will lead a team of engineers responsible for services design support, lab testing, technical documentation, Level 4 operations support and hardware deployment. You will ensure high-quality delivery, operational stability, and effective execution across all team activities.  This position has direct accountability for complex incident resolution, driving root cause analysis, and improving system reliability through strong Level 4 support processes.
