Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline, recovery, and revised programs) using Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software.
Prepare master schedules, look-ahead programs, and weekly/monthly progress reports in coordination with project teams.
Monitor project progress against the approved baseline and identify delays, risks, and critical path impacts.
Perform schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and time impact analysis (TIA) in accordance with contract requirements.
Coordinate with construction, procurement, design, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between schedule, resources, and deliverables.
Review contractors’ planning submissions, method statements, and manpower histograms for compliance with contract specifications.
Support the Project Manager/Resident Engineer by providing planning inputs for decision-making and corrective actions.
