Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing the Work Plan.
- Delegates jobs to supervisors and plans the manpower required for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours.
- Resolves problems encountered and manages the coordination between the different trades.
- Raises or approves Issue Passes for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly.
- Monitors the work of sub‑contractors to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards.
- Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Diploma in Engineering
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi‑task and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
