Engineer - PC&L (España)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production planning, material planning and issuing supplier schedules based on sales forecast.
• Ensure maintenance of inventory within agreed norms and provide uninterrupted supplies to production lines with 100% on-time delivery.
• Plan in-house production, decide on raw material requirements, manage work‑in‑process and finished goods inventory levels.
• Plan production control activities to improve runtime while maintaining high quality, timely delivery and cost‑effectiveness.
• Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in the production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
• Work with the materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory levels.
• Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution.
• Monitor inventory status and generate reports for the manager.
• Perform inventory management according to company policies.
