Job Description
**Key missions of the position:**
+ Responsible for driving & executing process engineering KPIs for paint shop SFU (Small factory unit)
+ Responsible for Production Capacity Enhancement to meet the customer demand.
+ Collaborate with Production team on day-to-day basis to assess & improve the existing processes.
+ Establishment of process for new products and process documents like process data sheet (PDS), operation data sheet (ODS), Assembly instructions sweet (AIS), PFMEA etc.,
+ New product Paint development for manufacturing production line should be established along with new process transfer, assembly and testing validation approval from Global process experts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Execution of process engineering deliverables along with manufacturing team.
+ Responsible for continuously improving the painting process in
+ Selection of paint.
+ Surface preparation processes (Shot blasting, Grit blasting)...
