Responsibilities
- Work proactively to problem‑solve with yield or quality impact on our products through development of measurement recipes that can provide quick and accurate feedback on the product integrity.
- Participate in new technology development and startup alongside with Research & Development (R&D) fabrication (Fab) site in US.
- Participate in worldwide discussions such as Copy‑Smart Team (CST) for continuous improvement on the toolset(s) assigned across Micron Fabs.
- Share best‑known‑methods and lessons learned across the network.
- Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring through Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts.
- Collaborate with Engineering Operations and/or Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization.
- Develop and run projects to enhance inline detection, improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce tool measurement variability, and improve machine availability...
