- Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems
- Utilize advanced CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create detailed MEP plans and specifications
- Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize building performance and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations and industry standards
- Manage MEP project timelines, budgets and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to oversee MEP system installations and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare technical reports, presentations and documentation for clients and project teams
