Key Responsibilities
- Provide site problem-solving and coordination support to customers.
- Apply engineering skills with strong knowledge of design and building services codes of practice.
- Ensure quality of materials and installation by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality plan.
- Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials, equipment, and subcontractor installation quality.
- Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings.
- Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
- Support manager in daily activities under master planning schedule, including quality and safety.
- Coordinate with main contractor to prevent rework.
- Control site materials and equipment to reduce wastage.
- Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce delivery delays affecting progress.
