**MANUFACTURING ENGINEER**:**IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY**:Implement customer engineering changes.Functions as a link between design and manufacturing.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Lead the development and implementation of tools and documentation for processes related to SMT, THT, Back end technologies.
- Provide continuous improvement projects and analyze processes and methods to improve productivity.
