Engineer Manufacturing and Process

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, evaluating production methods, conducting trials and coordinating with equipment and tooling vendors.
• Prepare manufacturing analysis and decision-making data by calculating production capacity, labor requirements, cycle time and material costs.
• Lead and manage welders, technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining required quality standards.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions including preparation of design concepts, fabrication drawings and production documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of welding processes including ARC, MIG and TIG welding for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Non-Ferrous materials.
