Role Overview
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of elevators and escalators under the assigned portfolio. This role focuses on preventive maintenance compliance, handling customer escalations, resolving complex technical issues, supporting modernization activities, and developing field technicians through training and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% completion of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Handle customer escalations promptly, provide technical resolutions, and maintain strong client relationships.
