About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Engineer Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Engineer-in-Training (EIT), Mine Operations will support operational technologies within the department and leverage data in ad‑hoc reporting, studies and investigations. This role works closely with colleagues across technical services, operations, and external contractors to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. To be successful, you will have strong communication skills, proven leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and departments. The position offers a compressed work week with alternating Fridays off, supporting a healthy work‑life balance.
