Engineer Iii, Quality

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Quality and Compliance group.
A successful incumbent is expected to:Maintain and update the Quality Procedures as required by our documented Quality System.Plan and implement corrective action programs to minimize losses and improve yields; determine improvements goals based on historical performance of KPIs.Implement a Quality Audit plan to monitor conformance to Quality Procedures and Inspection/Test Instructions.Apply statistical methodologies for continuous improvements of process (Gage R&R, Hypothesis, Control Charts, process capability).
Identify process, methods, and design issues which impact negatively on Quality, Costs, and yields; participate in Sustaining Engineering regular reviews and/or early involvement reviews with cross-functional teams to continuously improve product quality.Conduct studies and audits of manufacturing processes and products; develop and implement Process Controls for critical assembly operati...
