Engineer II, PCB Assembly Process

Responsible for the day to day SMT & THT Process activities in the Mfg area.
Closely Monitor the SMT PnP line & THT line activities / issues and investigate and resolve process issues to improve the product yield & quality by analyzing various processes. MAIN PURPOSE AND ROLE Provide technical leadership and Process Engineering support in the manufacturing operations to meet and sustaining process yield, cycle time, cost targets, process improvement and new process development. Develop process for production line and make changes to existing manufacturing facilities and processes to improve product flow. Revise and update documentation related to Process Work Instructions.
