Engineer II Control System Design Engineer (Power Electronics)

Schneider Electric, a leading provider of energy management and automation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control System Design Engineer to join our Data Centre Systems (DCS) R&D. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of 3-phase UPS specifically for data centre applications. Responsibilities and Requirements: Hands on experience with control of power electronics (such as PWM strategies for 3-phase Inverters, sampling of PWM-operated converters and control loops of 3-phase converters such as current control, DC voltage control, and active or reactive power control). Analysing and optimizing the performance of power converters to ensure stability, reliability, and high efficiency. Modelling & simulation of converters, and selection of optimal control strategy for each converter.
