• Manage and resolve L1/L2 security incidents and requests.
• Monitor and operate systems such as: Access Control, CCTV / Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational processes.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge base creation.
