Job Description

• Supports production operations through maintenance of ATE and related peripherals (e.g. docking, manipulators). Assist and help to analyze for overall test process and equipment; improving yield, quality, equipment utilization and uptime.
• Immersion of the AMPM culture
• Comply to company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
• Learn and comply to operational specifications and quality requirements in assigned area.
• Attend company driven trainings such as leadership trainings such as P0 and culture trainings.
• Know and practice safety measures at work.
• Own at least one manufacturing equipment technology. Learn and practice the principles of basic equipment maintenance (ex. reactive, preventive, spare parts management) in assigned area. Study and standardize equipment parameters and necessary guidelines for equipment
