Summary
The Gas Turbine Product Service Engineer will provide technical guidance and support of Gas Turbine internal and external customers. In this role you will be responsible for customer technical issue resolution for Gas Turbines ranging from day‑to‑day technical troubleshooting to major and complex root cause analyses with long‑term business implications to GE and our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, monitoring & diagnostics, fleet configuration, maintenance of fleet data, and outage management.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of the professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in a broad area.
