Job Title: Construction Document Controller

This role is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all construction project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The document controller ensures accuracy, traceability, revision control, and timely availability/distribution of approved documents to all stakeholders in compliance with company standards, contractual requirements and audit expectations.

• Document Control & Management: Establish and maintain the Project Document Management System (DMS); register, classify, and track all incoming and outgoing construction documents; ensure correct numbering, titling, version‑control and real‑time accuracy of the Master Document Register.
