Position Summary: The Equipment Engineer is responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving packaging machinery and equipment to ensure that they operate efficiently, reliably, and safely. This role plays a vital part in driving productivity and upholding safety standards across the organization.
Responsibilities- Design & Development – Support the design and development of mechanical and electronic equipment to meet specifications and safety standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting – Perform regular maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime.
- Testing & Validation – Conduct tests on new and existing equipment to validate performance and compliance with industry and company standards.
