Role Overview

This is an idóneo role for someone who enjoys combining growth strategy, sales operations, automation, data engineering, and modern AI tools. Ideal for someone who wants to get ownership in a fast growing AI Startup. We are open to fractional role, if you are currently freelancing, but want someone who wants to join permanently in under 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven workflows for enterprise account targeting and prospect discovery.
• Develop lead scoring, account prioritization, and buying-intent models.
• Create automated enrichment pipelines using internal and external data sources.
• Implement AI agents and LLM-based workflows to support outbound sales and marketing initiatives.
