We are looking for a talented Engine Workshop Technician - Level III to join our team specializing in Service for our Rebuild Workshop Department in Accra, Ghana.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
+ Deliver accurate, first‑time‑right diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds on multiple engine products in line with OEM specifications, minimizing rework and downtime.
+ Independently troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex engine issues by correctly applying service manuals, build packs, documented procedures, and digital service systems.
+ Enhance customer satisfaction and asset reliability through effective preventative maintenance based on thorough engine condition assessments.
+ Strengthen workshop and field capability by coaching, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to less experienced technicians and apprentices.
