Engine Focused Test Technician Role

PE Global is seeking an Engine Focused Proving Test Technician in Peterborough. This hands-on role involves assembling, testing, and diagnosing off-highway vehicles.
This initial 12-month contract requires five days a week on-site participation. You’ll work closely with engineers to install powertrains and perform diagnostic tests on various vehicles. You should have expertise in maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area while complying with TPM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately assemble parts following documented work procedures
• Install and instrument powertrains in off-highway vehicles
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults in engine systems
• Fabricate components based on engineering drawings
• Keep the workspace organized and safe
Requirements:
• At least 4 years’ experience in automotive or heavy machinery testing
