Engagement & Onboarding Specialist (EMEA)

Workwell is seeking an Engagement Consultant in Barcelona, Spain, to support workers through onboarding, employment, and de-registration while ensuring strict compliance. You will liaise with contractors, accountants, and legal partners to enable smooth registrations, changes in circumstances, and tax-related processing.

You will manage worker records in the CRM, provide clear process guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
