Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our delivery organization. As a key member of the delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client engagements with a focus on compliance, risk management, and delivering quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in English (e.g., TOEFL score of 550) with strong communication skills in technical, business, and client contexts.
• B.S. or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in predictive project management, best practices, processes, and tools.
• Strong scope management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to lead and manage multicultural teams.
