Engagement Coordinator – Toronto Office (Eglinton East or The Well, DT Toronto), Hybrid. Reports to B2B Sales Supervisor. Grade: High School Diploma. Contract: Regular, Full‑time. Travel requirements: None. Salary: Starting annual base 50,000 CAD per year.
In this role you will sit at the intersection of performance and workplace culture, driving floor engagement, managing the local engagement budget (“Dr. Fun”), and aligning fun initiatives with tangible business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Drive floor motivation by collaborating with team leads to pinpoint performance gaps and engineer target incentive programs.
- Conduct daily audits of WTD metrics and adherence, executing impromptu culture initiatives to maintain positive operational momentum.
