Engagement Consultant Overview
As an Engagement Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting workers throughout their journey with Workwell Global following their initial registration. Working within the Operations team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding workers through compliance, onboarding, registration, and ongoing support activities.
Working closely with contractors, accountants, legal partners, and internal teams to ensure workers receive a seamless and professional service while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement across the business.
