Endoscopy Systems R&D Engineer – MedTech Innovation

Dexterous Endoscopes in Switzerland is seeking an R&D Engineer to advance the medical endoscopy system, focusing on mechanical design, CAD, prototyping, testing, and hardware integration. You will help develop the shaft, actuation, and camera/light modules to ensure real‑time visualization for surgeons.

Work closely with the CTO and cross‑functional teams; own critical subsystems, tackle complex integration challenges, and push performance in a fast‑growing startup environment.
