Key Responsibilities

End User Support

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
  • Provision, configure, and replace IT devices as needed.
  • Assist users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
  • Coordinate with higher-level support teams for complex incidents.


Infrastructure Support

  • Support office IT infrastructure, including connectivity, printing, and collaboration tools.
