Key Responsibilities
End User Support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
- Provision, configure, and replace IT devices as needed.
- Assist users with day-to-day IT-related issues.
- Coordinate with higher-level support teams for complex incidents.
Infrastructure Support
- Support office IT infrastructure, including connectivity, printing, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
