We are currently hiring an EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for an onsite enterprise support role in Madrid, Spain. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in desktop support, end‑user computing, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop/deskside support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities
  • Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades
  • Support Windows 10/11 environments and basic macOS troubleshooting
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, VPN, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
