EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (L1)

Locations: Philippines – Davao (Onsite, Monday to Friday 8 AM–4 PM, dedicated) and Taguig (Onsite, Monday to Friday 8 AM–4 PM, hub).

Employment Type: Full‑Time B2B Freelance Contract. Rate: USD 650 per month. Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

We are currently hiring EUC / Desktop Support Engineers (L1) for onsite enterprise support roles in the Philippines. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in desktop support, end‑user computing, deskside troubleshooting, and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop/deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities.
  • Manage device lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
