The Role:
- Develop and implement end-user computing strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall IT Strategy.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of end-user computing systems including hardware, software and services.
- Manage all aspects of end user computing experience, as well as continuously refine the operating model supporting end user computing.
- Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that end user computing systems integrate with other IT Systems and Infrastructure.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their end-user computing needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Actively participate on activities which reduce the risk of reoccurring incidents such as problem management forums.
