We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven End Customer Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth by engaging directly with end customers. This role is focused on identifying business opportunities, qualifying leads, and generating demand through outbound and inbound activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage end customers through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social selling).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (BANT, MEDDICC, or similar frameworks).
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging, campaigns, and target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
