Ena Lake Lodge Professional Fishing Guide

Overview

Ena Lake Lodge (ELL) is now hiring for its 2025 season, running from June through September. We are looking for mature, dedicated, experienced, and personable staff who demonstrate a passion for providing the perfect customer experience and angling adventure for lodge shareholders and retail guests. Ena Lake Lodge hosts up to 12 guests per visit in 6 individual cabins on each 3- or 4-night trips. This position will answer directly to the Lead Guide Team and the General Manager and will interact daily with the Ena Lake Lodge team. Fishing Guides will report directly to the Lead Guide team and work closely with the General Manager. The ELL team works together to provide an exceptional experience for all guests young and old. All lodge staff will be contracted for the season, with scheduled breaks on and/or off island (as available).
