**Your primary duties include but not limited to:**
+ Be stationed on-site at client premises handling the Elevator Monitoring System (EMS).
+ Receive and respond to intercom from passengers on emergency break down, arrange Technicians to attend to lift/escalator breakdown.
+ Ensure Client and Technicians’ questions are dealt with promptly.
+ Obtained and record information from the trapped passenger personnel details (i.e name, company name, level & contact number).
