Gallagher Bassett is seeking a highly experienced Employment Practices Specialist to support our General Liability and Long Tail teams within the General Insurance division. In this specialist role, you will provide expert technical advice across complex employment-related claims, ensuring matters are managed with accuracy, compliance and a strong focus on early and appropriate resolution. You will play a critical role in advising on liability, coverage and strategy across a range of employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and workplace-related matters. This role will also focus on enhancing organisational capability in managing employment claims in line with evolving Industrial Relations frameworks.
