We’re looking for a motivated and capable Employment Pathways Coach to support people with disability on their journey toward meaningful employment through genU’s Employment Pathways program.
In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver tailored supports that help participants build the skills and confidence they need for work. This includes assessing pre-employment and employment needs, supporting capacity building, preparing participants for work, assisting them to secure employment and helping them maintain it.
You’ll work directly with participants to deliver activities that form personalised ‘employment pathways’, supporting individuals one-on-one or within group settings....
