Become an integral part of the Job Search and Retention team as an Employment Facilitator at WorkBC Centre. Develop curriculum and facilitate workshops that empower clients in their job search journey.
This full-time role focuses on creating impactful curriculum for diverse clients while ensuring comprehensive support through group and individual facilitation. You will engage in Cohort Programming, aligning training with employer needs and current labor market demands while fostering an inclusive learning environment across both in-person and virtual formats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop tailored and effective employment-related curriculum
• Facilitate workshops for clients and community agencies
• Provide one-on-one support on job search strategies
