Nurse Reach Ontario Long‑Term Care Initiative

This project will see 100 internationally educated nurses residing in major urban centres across Ontario to secure employment and successfully relocate to rural and northern communities where healthcare employers face persistent nursing shortages. The project will provide recruitment, employment matching, relocation supports, community integration services, and retention assistance through a partnership between CARE Centre and Blue Branch Inc.

The Employment Engagement/Outreach Lead serves as primary liaison between participating employers, internationally educated nurses (IENs), and community partners to facilitate successful recruitment, employment placement, workplace integration, and long‑term retention.
