We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Employer Branding & Communications Assistant to support initiatives that showcase our culture, values, and employee experience. This role plays a key part in telling our people stories and strengthening our employer brand across digital and internal platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and internal channels.
- Create, edit, and manage content for careers pages, LinkedIn, employee stories, newsletters, and internal platforms.
- Collaborate with TA and HR partners to highlight culture, hiring initiatives, campus programs, and milestones.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all employer brand communications.
- Manage content calendars, approvals, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Track engagement metrics and support basic reporting and insights.
