Employee Welfare & Relations Manager (UAE)

Transguard Workforce Solutions in Dubai is seeking a Manager – Manager-Employee Welfare and Relations to lead the EWRT function within Group HR. You will oversee end-to-end employee welfare and relations, ensuring timely, compliant support across the organisation.

You will manage a team of HR Coordinators and Team Leaders, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs with Power BI, and ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and company policies.
