Employee Services & Deployment Lead

Our Clients is looking for an Employee Services & Deployment Manager to oversee employee servicing operations and deployment coordination. This role ensures smooth onboarding and support while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing employee onboarding, handling concerns, and monitoring deployment schedules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in HR operations.

The position is onsite in Ortigas with a Monday to Friday morning schedule.
