Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the end-to-end employee life processes particularly hiring, onboarding, transfers, secondments, leaving and simple data management updates using the HRIS system. Handles highly sensitive cases that requires deeper understanding of the process.
- Plan and organize activities needed for Onboarding and Hiring Processes.
- Review and release Employment Verification requests and secondment letters.
- Process and reconcile payroll interface activities to ensure accurate and updated employee census and information prior to payroll processing.
- Oversee administration of Leaver Process, generate monthly exit feedback.
- Review and finalize workflow transactions handled by Employee Services Administrators to ensure quality and timeliness, and adherence of team to agreed KPIs.
