Employee Relations Specialist works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. This role acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding ER issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace behavior.
