Overall Job Purpose
Assists Employee Relations Supervisor in planning and implementing companys employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelors or College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Employee Relations.
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables.
- Knowledgeable in different HR policies and methods to implement them.
- Knowledgeable in the employment policies and regulations imposed by the state.
- Familiarity with an industrial union environment.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
