Position
Employee Relations Senior Manager responsible for providing executive advice in HR Legal matters in complex employee relations projects, ensuring compliance with HR legal matters and maintaining dialogue with worker representatives, including the European Workers Council. The role requires close collaboration with business leadership and People & Culture leadership to enable projects and manage complex employee matters.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the integral labour relations strategy aligned with business priorities in a fast-growing international environment.
- Act as the company’s primary authority on Spanish labour law, ensuring full legal compliance and risk mitigation.
