Employee Relations & Policy Specialist

JDS CONSTRUCTION PHILS., INC. in Pasig is seeking an Employee Relations Assistant to support the Employee Relations Team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management and at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Employee Relations.

This role involves monitoring employee records, assisting in performance evaluations, and handling resignation processes. The position requires excellent multi-tasking abilities and a solid understanding of HR policies.
