QualificationsCompleted Bachelor's degree.7+ years direct experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or labor/employment law with an emphasis on labor and employee relations work.Experience in retail/manufacturing/distribution/call center environments with hourly employee populations.Experience in Federal Labor Law.Experience in identifying and mitigating labor risks.Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, & PowerPoint.English & Spanish proficiency.The position supports Mexico Operations.Bachelor's degree; advanced degree, JD, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations.Experience working in unionized settings.Experience in designing and delivering successful training programs.Team player with demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; excellent public speaker.Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines.Able to handle confidential ...
