: We are seeking qualified employee relations manager talent with demonstrated experience in Group & Individual Consultation Management, TUPE knowledge and strong employment law knowledge to support on a transformation project

Business Transformation/Change, Group Consultation, Strong Employee Relations - ideally from a Retail or hospitality background ideally if not then a unionised/manufacturing experience
